Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery fees: These are the amount and value of the shipment sent with the chosen shipping company. They are a fixed fee for each shipment ordered by the customer. The shipping company is obligated to ship the customer's order to the city chosen as the customer's address, with the customer obligated to clarify all delivery address data by choosing the city name, neighborhood name, street name, and adding any other landmark specific to the customer's delivery address. The store is obligated to add this information to the shipping company so that the shipment can be delivered.

If you choose SMSA, you will need to pick up your order from the nearest SMSA branch to your location, which will be specified by the text message.

If you choose Al Yamamah Express, your order will be delivered to the specified address within 2-10 business days.

If the customer does not receive the shipment sent by the shipping company and the shipment is returned to the store, the customer is obligated to do the following:

If the order arrives incomplete:
